About our founder
Marissa Brendel is the founder of the Business Women Network Cape Town (BWNCPT).
An award-winning entrepreneur, her business journey highlighted a simple truth: sustainable growth happens through connection, not isolation.
Working with women in business reinforced the need for spaces built on real support, meaningful exchange, and genuine collaboration.
BWNCPT grew organically from this understanding and now brings women together through regular in-person events in Cape Town.
