Business Women Network Cape Town (BWNCPT) is a community for women in business who want more than a stack of business cards. We bring women together in person to
build relationships that actually go somewhere — collaboration, referrals, friendship, growth.

What started small has grown organically into Cape Town’s largest network for business women, meeting monthly since 2016.

About our founder
Marissa Brendel is the founder of the Business Women Network Cape Town.
As an award-winning entrepreneur, her own business journey taught her a simple truth: sustainable growth comes from connection, not isolation. Working alongside women in business showed her how much they needed a space built on real support and honest exchange.
BWNCPT grew from that idea. Today it brings women together through regular in-person events across Cape Town, guided by one principle: collaboration over competition.
